Cleaning
WARNING
Do not blow the brake system using compressed air, the dust produced is
harmful to health!
- Thoroughly clean contact surfaces for brake pads at brake carrier,
remove corrosion.
- Clean the brake caliper, especially the adhesive surface for the brake
pad, it must be free of residual adhesive and grease.
Only use mineral spirits for cleaning the brake caliper.

the brake fluid must be extracted from the brake fluid reservoir. Otherwise the
brake fluid will overflow and cause damage, especially if the brake fluid was
added intermittently.
- Press the piston back.
- Remove the protective foil on backing plate of outer brake pad.
- Install the outer brake pad on the brake carrier.
- Insert the inner brake pad with spring in the brake caliper (piston).
When installing the brake caliper, make sure that the brake pad is not glued
on to the brake caliper before the correct installation position is reached.
Do not damage the adhesive surface.
- Tighten the brake caliper to the brake carrier using both guide pins.
- Install both caps.
- Insert the spring in the brake caliper.
- Connect the brake pad wear indicator
